| Description | Due to ongoing SSL Certificate issues, the outbound SSL connection for the ReCaptcha NoCaptcha module on the wiki is preventing data from being sent, and thus is blocking new account registrations from proceeding upon submission. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Attempt to register an account. 2. Fill out all of the details. 3. Successfully pass the ReCaptcha verification. 4. Attempt to submit the account registration information to the server. 5. A "CAPTCHA verification failed due to internal error: http" error message is received. | ||||

This issue was resolved by installing a "cacert.pem" certificate using the method referenced here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24611640/curl-60-ssl-certificate-unable-to-get-local-issuer-certificate |
