Summary0000032: Sort out Lua (5.1 vs 5.2)
DescriptionNot sure which version we should use. According to Lua experts (from Freenode IRC) Lua 5.2 is supported by most major Linux distributions such as Debian and Ubuntu, and can run on any operating system. However, MTA SA uses 5.1 - knowing SugarD-x, he'll force us to use 5.1 because we must copy SA with everything...but remember, MTA SA isn't perfect with everything, and maybe it's time to set a new standard.

Anyway, when we fixed compiling by going back to Lua 5.1, it seems the project is still compiling under the 5.2 lib, so it's kind of messed up - moreover Lua won't load any libraries (such as string, io, math, etc).
